e-commerce platform
BookStore is a fully functional platform built to commercialize electronic books. The design offers a user-friendly experience with scalable potential. It was the final project to graduate from Henry's Full Stack Developer Bootcamp. The project was an 8-member team effort.
Functionalities included: dynamic auto-complete searches, filters, sorting, pagination, CRUD operations involving users, books, reviews, favorites, cart for purchases, payment method, historical transactional searches for the users, an administrative section to handle users, books, reviews, authentication and authorization, different types of analysis and emailing
Tech Stack used: JavaScript, React, Redux Toolkit, CSS, Sass, SweetAlert2, Firebase, Node.js, Express, Sequelize, PostgreSQL, JsonWebToken, Nodemailer, Auth0, MercadoPago, Axios and finally for deployment, Vercel and Heroku. Additionally, the SCRUM methodology was adopted.
